Kinetic AIU (Birmingham). A newcomer formed in 2003 by former Glenn Howells partner Bob Ghosh with John Shakeshaft and Michael Young . Projects so far range from the interior of All Saints in the Bull Ring to an extension to a mosque in London and a Hindu community centre in Coventry. Major city-centre schemes in Birmingham include a new housing development and the conversion of a former shoe factory in the Irish Quarter. Plans for Fazeley, near Tamworth, include the conversion of a five-storey former mill, will bring the concept of canalside mixed development to a semi-rural setting.
